TWO-HOUR MINIMUM RESERVATIONS

Our space offers an open, sunlit, and intimate space for influencers, reels, photoshoots, video, small events, and more. The large open concept living room/dinning room area allows for plenty of room to spread out and set up, or welcome a group.

Light: We have plenty of windows but the windows that will provide you the most lighting are facing East. It get incredible natural light in the morning and early evening.


Its a large living and it can be used for entertaining as well as playing music. It features two sofa, two armchair, modern light fixtures, marble coffee table, and a piano. We are able to remove any item at your request as well as decorative items. We also have a dinning room available the same size as the living room with a table that seats ten people. Kitchen can be also available with prior inquire.

Bathroom:
*SHARED BATHROOM is located in the apartment. Photo/ video usage is PERMITTED in bathroom if requested.

The space have been use for music video, photo shoots, and meeting space.

**If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time.


Please note:We usually spend the first 15mins of your booking helping you get settled in the space. Space MUST be cleared by end of booking or overtime charges will incur. OT begins 5 minutes after booking ends and is charged @ 1.5 booking rate. OT is also charged by the hour.
