**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
Weekday rate is $125/hr. Weekend rate is $175/hr.
Weekday is Monday - Thursday. Weekend is Friday - Sunday.

Monday through Thursday there is a 4 hour minimum. Friday through Sunday there is a 6 hour minimum.

This space is the perfect setting for brunches, intimate dinner parties, private events, corporate events, pop-ups or any other kind of event.

All rentals include:

5). Professional Sound System with an AUX cord - 2 EV EKX 15p, 1 Yorkville ES18p
6). Professional DJ Equipment - Pioneer DDJ 1000SRT Controller, Laptop stand, and Mic

Everything you need for a perfect event is included, just bring your imagination for decor and you're good to go!

We are easily accessible and right in between a municipal parking garage and the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station.

We are located one block from the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station and Bee-Line Bus.

Setup and breakdown must be included in the amount of time you book. Depending on how grand your event setup will be, we recommend 1-2 hours to setup and 1 hour to breakdown.

Seated capacity is 50. Standing capacity is 60.

Tablecloths are NOT included.
