Large All Purpose Midtown Meeting & Photography Space with Natural Light简介

Our large 2,200 SF midtown studio is great for Meetings, Events, Photoshoots, Filming, Rehearsals, Readings, Casting Sessions, Vocal Recording, and much more! We have 3 different studios within our space which are all able to be rented individually as well. We have a large reception/waiting area with plenty of seating and room to socially distance. We are on the top floor and share the floor with only 1 other tenant, so there is very minimal noise.

Our space is also great for meetings and virtual classes. Each of our rooms comes equipped with a Roku TV that is already connected to our high-speed WIFI, tables, and chairs. We have over 50 chairs for use in the space and several tables.

Our smaller studio is perfect for a dressing room and hair & makeup room. It features a couch, a stand-up mirror, and privacy blinds. It also functions as a great set for film or photo shoots where you can light through our interior window, shining light through the blinds and curtains creating a cinematic look.

We have a professional Vocal Booth that can be rented at an additional cost of $50/hour.

Each of our studios has curtains on all windows and rugs to dampen the sound.
