Welcome to this truly one-of-a-kind 3-bedroom/3-bathroom duplex loft condo with a backyard. Located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint in a converted church-turned-boutique condo, this beautiful home offers the feeling of townhouse living with all of the modern touches and conveniences of a condominium. Enter into the living and dining space and you are greeted by 11’ ceilings and ample natural light. With solid oak wide-plank flooring throughout, the living area leads into a fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

Adjoining the living area is a playroom alcove and a full bath. Down the hall and tucked quietly in the back are three bedrooms.
