Three floors including unique location, interview and gallery spaces, 14’ Tin ceilings. Each floor is approx 3500sq:

Your rental is for ONE of the spaces, NOT ALL. We recommend a site visit to determine the best floor for your needs. The host is a DGA/PGA member.

1ST FLOOR: Galleries, private dressing area, multipurpose space, cast holding, including kitchen and large garden on 1st floor.

2ND FLOOR Full antique maple mirrored 30 foot bar with deco stools, private HMU/Dressing spaces, 2 restrooms, open kitchen area, and HUGE very light and airy multi-use space.

THIRD FLOOR: HUGE very light and airy multi-use space. Two private spaces fo HMU/Dressing rooms, cast holding. Art deco mirror ball domed ceiling and raised stage area ( bedroom)

Bathrooms on every floor.
Available for the next 4 months only starting 5/24/23.

These multi use space can be used for Casting, Rehearsals, Extras holding, Interviews, narrative shoot location AND it has one of the largest private walled garden spaces in Brooklyn. Approx 6000SQ with trees, flowers and and features. You will not find anything like it anywhere else.
